Returns & Refund Policy
At AutoRiven, we aim to provide reliable used OEM automotive parts and fair solutions if something goes wrong with your order.
This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted and how the process works.
1. When can I return a product?
You may request a return if:
- You received an incorrect item
- The product does not match the description or OEM reference
- The product is defective or damaged
The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from delivery.
2. How to request a return
To request a return, email:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Short description of the issue
- Contact phone number
Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
3. Return authorization
All returns must be approved before shipping.
If approved, we will provide:
- The correct return address
- Shipping instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Return shipping costs
If the issue is attributable to AutoRiven (wrong item, defective, damaged, or not as described):
Return shipping costs are covered by AutoRiven.
5. Refunds and replacements
After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will:
- Provide a replacement of equivalent or superior condition
- Issue a full refund via the original payment method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after verification.
6. Important information about used and vehicle-specific parts
All products sold on autoriven.eu are:
- Used (second-hand) automotive spare parts
- Individually identified
- Intended for a specific vehicle application
Due to their nature, these products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
For this reason, returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong part, or no longer needing the item are not accepted.
7. Damaged shipments
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Accept with reservation or refuse delivery
- Take clear photos of the packaging and contents
- Notify us within 24 hours at info@autoriven.eu
Warranty Policy
AutoRiven sells used OEM automotive spare parts under the trade name AutoRiven, operated by AutoZ Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland.
This Warranty Policy explains the commercial warranty applicable to products sold on autoriven.eu.
1. Product condition
All products sold on autoriven.eu are used OEM automotive spare parts.
As second-hand items, products may show normal cosmetic wear, minor scratches, or visual differences that do not affect functionality and do not constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, photos, and OEM reference numbers are based on the information available at the time of listing.
2. 30-day commercial warranty
All products include a 30-day commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering functional defects only.
If a covered defect occurs during this period, AutoRiven may, at its discretion:
- Provide a replacement of equivalent or superior condition (subject to availability)
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible
3. How to submit a warranty claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email:
Within the 30-day warranty period and include:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. What is not covered
The commercial warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation, wiring, or mounting
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Modifications or tampering after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, overheating, short circuits, or incorrect voltage
- Electronic components requiring coding or programming
- Damage resulting from incorrect coding or programming
Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.
5. Relationship with statutory rights
This 30-day commercial warranty does not limit or replace the consumer’s statutory conformity rights under applicable EU law.
