Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after verification of the returned item.
Shipping costs are refunded only when the issue is attributable to AutoRiven.
All parts include a 30-day commercial warranty covering functional defects only. It does not cover improper installation, misuse, normal wear, cosmetic issues, programming requirements, or modifications.
If an equivalent replacement is available, it will be provided. If not, a refund will be issued.
